Rules and Regulations

OFFICE HOURS
Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily. A self registration box is located beside the office door for after hour's registration. The box may be used to pay monthly, weekly rent, propane and to drop off any keys after hours.

REGISTRATION & RENT
Rent must be paid in advance. We accept cash, debit/credit card with proper ID. No personal checks are accepted without prior Management approval. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks for any reason. A late charge of $10 per day will be assessed for all rent that is not received by noon on the day following the date for which rent is due. Check in time is 1:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am. Contact the office for late departure rates. Rates are for two people in a site. There is a $1.00 fee for additional person per day, and there is a 4% fee for debit/credit card use.

VISITORS
Visitors are required to register at the office and will be issued a visitor's tag. Visiting hours are from 7:00am to 10:00pm not during quite hours. Any visitor who does not follow these rules and regulations will be asked to vacate the premises.

AT YOUR CAMPSITE
Everyone is expected to keep their site clean and free from clutter at all times. All trash should be bagged and brought to the dumpster. There are receptacle bins for recyclable materials. All sewer line hoses must be free from leaks and have a "donut" or threaded attachment into the sewer. Water line hoses must be free from leaks. Alcoholic beverages are allowed only at your site. We do not allow clotheslines, dog runs, freezers and/or refrigerators. Oil changes and other such types of vehicle maintenance are not allowed. Vehicles may not be washed on site.

DRIVING AND PARKING
A maximum of two vehicles are only allowed per site. All vehicles must be in running condition. There is a $30.00 fee per month for extra vehicle, ATV, boat trailer etc. Extra vehicle of tenants and visitors must use the overflow parking. Observe a safe speed (5mph speed limit) and watch for children and pets. Drive on the roads only. Park your vehicle in your assigned spot only. Any vehicle parked in a vacant site will be charged for the space at a daily rate. Do not park or drive through the grass or where the grass is supposed to be.

BE CONSIDERATE
No loud music. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am (No through traffic from 10:00pm to 7:00am). Attend children at all times and do not let them wander around other people sites without permission.

BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS
All guests are welcome to use these facilities as long as you clean up after yourself and respect the rules. The bathrooms are cleaned with antibacterial cleaners for your protection. If there is any problem please let us know immediately. Trash from bathroom use may be put in the bathroom trash, but please do not use these for your regular RV trash. Children under 9 years of age are not allowed without adult supervision. Any damages will be the responsibility of the parent or supervising adult. Smoking is not allowed in the bathrooms or buildings.

PETS
No pets over 50 pounds permitted. Pets must be on a leash and under the owner's control whenever they are outside their RV. No more than two pets per RV. Pets must not be left unattended outside. Not dog runs are allowed. A pet area is located just south of north restrooms. Pet owners are immediately responsible for picking up after their pet when they leave droppings and disposing of it in waste receptacles. Animals are not allowed in any buildings. Animals are not allowed to bathe in the showers. Out of control or vicious pets will be banned from the park.

FIREWORKS/FIREARMS/WEAPON
No Firearms, BB Guns, Fireworks, Sling-Shots or Bow and Arrows Allowed.

DRUG OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES
Tenants shall not engage in, facilitate, or allow any criminal activity in the park.

CAMPFIRES AND RECREATION
Campfires are not allowed in the park. Any use of Umpqua River for fishing, swimming or boating is done at your own risk. The old boat launch is closed for launching boats and it is not safe. Tenants and guests are responsible for knowing and abiding all Oregon Fish and Game Regulations.

PROPANE
Available upon request during normal business hours.

IMPROVEMENTS/LEGALREQUIREMENTS
Tenants are not allowed in making, installing or modifying any improvements, including but not limited to, sheds, buildings, additions, driveways, trellises, arbors, awnings, screens, poles, fences, walls, rocks, plants, landscaping, lighting and all other structures and improvements of every type and kind, including any exterior changes to any RV space or paint color and/or modifications of the same. Handicap tenants with tag must obtain Management's written approval prior to building a ramp (minimal size of ramp). Management's approval of any improvement or alteration is conditional and may subsequently be revoked should any improvement not be properly maintained. Management's approval is not a representation that the improvement complies with the applicable legal requirements, and therefore, tenants must ensure that their RV, space and improvements complies with the applicable legal requirements as to zoning permits, constructions, materials, installing, maintenance, and the like, and are set per the manufacturer's specifications.

Rivers West RV Park reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary in these regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. These rules and regulations are part of the Space Rental Agreement signed by the tenant at the beginning of tenancy. Willful violation of these rules may result in termination of tenancy and barring from the property.
